At my 20 week scan on Tuesday (20w+2) my babies measurements are:
Head circumference 167mm
Abdominal circumference 144mm
Thigh bone length 33mm
The babies heartbeat is 34 beats per minute at last check.
I wouldn’t say I have had any craving yet but I am loving Chewits and Starburst etc… along with anything salty like crisps.
Since the 12 week scan I have only put on 4 or 5 pounds and it all seems to be on my small bump and my chest.
Chinese gender prediction charts tell me I’m having a boy whereas quizzes tell me Im more likely to have a girl.
My mum showed her copy of my scan pic to her friend at work (nurses in a hospital) and they all separately said "ooh it’s a boy"
Their reason was a dark patch on the abdomen. Apparently one way to tell the sex if the umbilical cord is blocking the essential area is to look for dark patches – 2 in a girl which are her ovaries and 1 in a boy.
I said that the dark patch could just be a full bladder…
I’m carrying low (16 weeks)
I did the baby gender prediction chart (chinese) and it showed a boy
I did the needle & thread, it showed boy also

Lots of sinus problems (which not sure if that’s common for every pregnancy- but I didn’t have any with my first pregnancy- it was a girl)
the dr said the baby’s heartbeat was 180 at 12 wks pregnant
I’m constantly craving cheese dip, hot dogs, chips, & pizza
I’ve lost 3 pds since I got pregnant and all that I eat seems to be going to the baby
People keep telling me my face looks swollen
I’m only showing in my belly. Haven’t gained any weight in my behind
my daughter thinks I’m having twins (she is 3)

OLD WIVES MYTH: If a little boy gives you a hug its a GIRL.
If a little girl gives you a hug its a BOY.
MY EXPERIENCE: A little boy had ran up to me and gave me a hug. ( Randomly, I didnt know him, but he was adorable).

I crave salty foods. My belly sits high.
My feet have swellon. Babys heartbeat is 165.
My boyfriend has gained weight. My nose had widen.
My face is rosey and round. Mine and my boyfriend face is starting to have acne.
Finally, my gender ultrasound is this Tuesday…only 2 more days to go!!! I am 18.5 weeks along. We are so so so excited! What do you guys think…boy or girl? I know it would just be a guess, but its fun for me to hear anyhow and I will post the results on Tuesday…woo hoo!

Pregnancy is going great – I feel great other than some tiredness
Baby is VERY active! I can already feel him/her from the outside and started feeling the baby every day at 16.5 weeks
Every single online gender predictor says "girl" – no joke…I’ve done like 12 of them. What do you think? Thanks for guessing!!!
Thanks everyone! We "secretly" were always hoping for a girl, but have thought "boy" since we saw the baby jumping all around on the 11 week ultrasound. So we’ve been thinking boy for 7 weeks now and are starting to get used to the idea. Honestly I would be thrilled (suprised but thrilled) if the baby is a girl, but still very happy if we find out it is a boy. I am so excited I want to go to sleep and not wake up till Tuesday!
I am just so excited to find out and it’d be interesting how many people are right when it comes to these "old wive’s tales" after i really find out in 3 weeks when i get my ultrasound.
-So far my belly is very round and pretty low/in the middle
-I CRAVE for Sour and Spicy things
-Occasionally maybe some sweets as in chocolate or fruits
-I did have morning sickness in the first trimester but not enough to puke, wasn’t that bad.
-I have CRAZY mood swings, but not like an every five min. change. each mood last a couple hours or different by the day, If you know what i mean?
-Doctor says my baby’s heartbeat was 150bpt in the last visit.
-This pregnancy has made me BREAKOUT(pimples) But also has made my skin tone even out a bit more, Not a lot of dark circles, i Gloww. Getting more sleep of course.
-I’ve been very clumsy, with my words and actions. But then I’ve always been that way, just more noticeable now..
-My nipples have gotten darker, they are so itchy!
-My pee is bright
-My Hubby has been gaining weight with me, but then it’s always been that way :]
I can’t think of anything else really.. But for those of you who believe in these predictions or have/had the same symptoms then let me know of your thoughts, boy or girl?
If I’m remembering right its the slower the heartbeat means its a boy/faster its a girl? Is there any scientific truth to this or is it just a wives tale?
My baby is 13 weeks and the heart beat is 156 bpm. Care to wager?
Its a girl! This ultrasound was done at 16 wks or 4 months pregnant! She got hiccups part of the way through, tried to do a flip, crossed her arms over her chest like I currently had mine crossed, covered her face, went to sleep and had to be woke up! She currently weighs about 5 oz and it about 4 1/2 inches long. Heartrate is 153, so everything looks perfect!
i heard recently about the draino test does anyone know anything about it or any other test that actually works to fiqure out sex of the baby before us? im 16 weeks 1 day babys heartbeat is 170
