There are some who wants a baby girl to be their first born and other couples prefer to have a baby boy to be their first born. Other than choice of preference of parents, what is really the significance of having a boy or a girl to be the eldest in a family?
i went in for my 20 week scan and the baby wasn’t cooperating at all with anything they were trying to do…including trying to figure out tha sex. they scheduled another appt at about 22 weeks and the tech said then ‘she thinks its a girl’. now when she said it, she showed me on the screen what she believed to be 3 lines between the legs, looking from underneath the bum-bum. i know that this is the sign the techs look for in determining a girl, but i want to know how accurate it is. has anyone ever been told this and ended up having a boy? or are they mostly accurate if they do see these lines?? i’m starting to buy pink, and alot of it so i want to be sure…
to the one who commented…i know these lines aren’t random. i’m aware that there is an obvious reason for there being 3 lines and not 2 or 4. but my concern is whether these lines always mean the labia for a girl. is it possible that what i saw was actually a glimpse of the bottom of his package?? a boy would have ’3′ parts too…
im samantha and im 15 years old. im 20 weeks pregnant and im looking at baby names. i want the baby to be a surprise so i dont know if im having a boy or a girl. i need cute names for each sex. i do have some restrictions though.
1. for boys, middle name must be thomas or george (my father & grandfathers names)
2. for girls, i dont want any real common names, i like different names but not too diffferent
3. also for girls, i would like the middle name to be rose (if it works well, if not any middle name will do)

has anyone ever personally used this? Has it worked? I am 10 weeks pregnant and trying to plan ahead, I have a feeling i’m having a boy but just had a little girl 2 years ago and have all of her things…If i am having a boy i’ll have to start all over and want a heads up! dr. doesn’t do ultrasound until around 20 weeks and I don’t want to really wait that long. Just wondering if i should spend the money or not waste my time!

thanks everyone! And for the person who said patience is growing up..I am married and having my third child, i think that qualifies me as a "Grown up" of course I wouldn’t rely on the test, just something fun and exciting to try.

So as far as the gender prediction signs go, i REALLY didn’t fit the signs of having a boy. Only a couple of them. What about you? Did you find them to be accurate? I put stars next to the signs and symptoms that i had. BTW Marcus Alexander is due Nov. 3rd. So i’m having a boy.

My mother is telling me that the way my belly is shaped, the foods im craving, and my mood all point to me having a boy. I took my GenderMaker test today and it stated that I am going to have a girl. I read the reviews and almost all are positive. Do all these "old-wives" tales work for you all or should I trust GenderMaker?
I had a 20 week ultrasound and the tech said that she saw nothing that indicated a boy so she thought it was a girl. She never showed me 3 white lines or any parts in that area. I was shocked at her prediction b/c I really thought I was having a boy! The reason for this is that I keep having dreams that a baby boy is delivered to me in the delivery room.
Could the tech be wrong? Most of my friends were shown 3 white lines or the penis but I was shown nothing. I would be happy with a girl or boy but secretly I wanted a girl…I have a girl name picked out and everything! I’m going for a 3-D ultrasound in a 2 weeks (I’ll be 26-27 weeks preggo) so hopefully that will confirm that it’s a girl. Aren’t dreams suppose to tell you what your having or what your desiring? I’ve done a ring test several times and it says boy as well. I’m so confused!
i am 2 months pregnant with my 4th child and i am super anxiious to find out wheather im having a boy or a girl. I want to try the gender predictor but i wanted to find out if people actually had luck with it first. I’m pretty skeptical.

Chinese prediction chart I am indeed having a girl
but I am now paranoid it’s a boy..I mean don’t get me
wrong I would be happy with either one..I just want a healthy baby..any advice or truth to the wives tales or how I can know before my 20w ultrasound..thanks!
